How can I use my Mercury Card points for Shop With Points on Amazon.com?
Shop with Points at Amazon.com offers you the ability to redeem your Mercury Rewards to pay for all or part of your eligible orders, including tax and shipping. Once you complete the enrollment process, you can redeem Mercury Rewards to pay for eligible orders at Amazon.com. How can I redeem my points?
You can redeem points online 24/7 at Mercurycards.com, on Amazon.com by enrolling in Amazon Shop with Points, or by calling the Rewards Redemption Center at 1-866-686-2158. Redemption Center hours are 9am - 9pm (Eastern Time) 7 days a week. The Rewards Redemption Center may be closed on federal holidays.
Are there any types of transactions excluded from earning points?
Yes, the following transactions are not considered Purchases and will not earn points: Balance Transfers, Checks and Cash Advances, fees, interest charges, and fraudulent transactions.
What is the maximum amount of points I can earn?
There is no cap on the amount of points you can earn as long as the Program continues and the Card Account is open for new transactions.
How do I check my points balance or redemption history?
Check your points balance and redemption history by logging into your account at Mercurycards.com or by calling 1-866-686-2158.
Do my points expire?
No, points do not expire. Points may be forfeited if your Card Account is closed; including if it is closed for inactivity; your Card Account is in Default under your Mercury Cardmember Agreement; or we determine in our sole discretion that you, or any Authorized User on the Card Account, engage in any illegal activity through the use of the Program or engage in activity that is deemed to be fraudulent or abusive conduct under the Program.
Are there a minimum number of points required to redeem?
Redemptions performed on Mercurycards.com or by calling the Rewards Redemption Center will require a minimum of 1,000 points. Redemptions for more than 1,000 points can be redeemed in increments of 1 point for $0.01. Points redeemed through Amazon Shop with Points purchases have no minimum points required.
